2. Applicability
2.1 These General Terms and Conditions are applicable to every offer of FC Mystery and to every established contract between FC Mystery and consumers.
2.2 By placing an order through the webshop, the consumer agrees to these terms and conditions.
2.3 Deviations are valid only if agreed in writing.
3. The offer
3.1 FC Mystery sells mystery boxes of soccer jerseys. The content of a mystery box isa surprise.
3.2 There will beno guarantee given by club, league, country, season or player.
3.3 Images and descriptions are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product delivered.
4. The agreement
4.1 The agreement is established when the consumer completes the order and receives a confirmation of this by e-mail.
4.2 FC Mystery reserves the right to refuse orders or impose additional conditions.
5. Prices and payment
5.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
5.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered during the ordering process.
5.3 FC Mystery is not liable for delays due to incorrect or incomplete payment information.
6. Delivery
6.1 FC Mystery strives to ship orders as soon as possible.
6.2 Delivery is made to the address provided by the consumer.
6.3 Delay in delivery does not entitle to compensation.
7. Returns & right of withdrawal
7.1 The consumer has areturn period of 100 days upon receipt of the product.
7.2 Returns areonly allowed IF the shirt:
unworn
is unwashed
contains no signs of use
and any labels are still attached to the shirt
7.3 Returns must be notified in advance viainfo@fcmystery.com.
7.4 The cost of return shipping shall be borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
7.5 If the product does not meet the return conditions, FC Mystery reserves the right to refuse the return.
8. Exchanges
8.1 Each order maybe exchanged once free of charge, regardless of the reason.
8.2 For further exchange requests, exchange is only possible at:
a demonstrable dimensional error
or a defective product
8.3 Exchanges are only possible if the product meets the conditions described in Article 7.2.
9. Conformity & warranty
9.1 FC Mystery guarantees that the products meet the contract and the reasonable expectations of the consumer.
9.2 Any defects must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery.
10. Liability
10.1 FC Mystery is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages or lost profits.
10.2 FC Mystery's liability in all cases is limited to the amount of the order.
11. Complaints
11.1 Complaints can be reported throughinfo@fcmystery.com.
11.2 FC Mystery strives to resolve complaints within14 days to answer.
11.3 If a complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer can use the European ODR platform.

FC Mystery processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Please refer to the privacy statement on the web shop.
13. Governing law.
13.1 On all agreements is exclusivelyDutch law applicable.
13.2 Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
